Chronology of cameras Buisson
This detective camera shares with the Vélocigraphe and a Soulé detective a rare feature of coupling the plate change with the shutter cocking, hence the given designation, even though no catalog mentions it.
On the top, a lever allows focusing using marks: "2 3 5 H" (H for Horizon).
On the right side, at the top, a needle selects Time or Instantaneous. Below, there is a large lever that, with a thumb movement, cocks the shutter and releases the exposed plate. (Therefore, it is necessary to cock before loading the plates, otherwise, the first one cannot be exposed...)
The lever is connected to a probe that holds the exposed plates in place, and it indicates on the dial the number of shots taken.
Under the clear viewfinder, you'll find the shutter release.
